The ROLE

  • Full time 40 hours / week based in San Francisco
  • Provide our customers with excellent customer service across our email channels, chat and social media.
  • Go the extra mile to make sure customers will rave about us, even if there were some bumps in the road.
  • Optimize systems to ensure more efficiency
  • Give input and brainstorm ideas to create a better product and customer experience
  • Room for growth into social media, marketing, analytics or logistical roles as we grow

SKILLS

  • Technology savvy, able to work across various apps, software and technology services
  • Customer oriented, with good intuition to read a situation
  • Problem solver and creative thinker
