Order Cancellation
Please fill out the form below to request an order cancellation. Our team will review your request and contact you if any further information is required.
Orders can be canceled until they are fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we cannot cancel it, but the customer may create a return.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Products must be unopened and unused. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and refunds will be issued upon inspection of the return. Read more details about our refund & return policy here.
