Boba Tea Shop FAQ's

What are the dimensions of the Boba straws?

Boba straws are 8" long with an inner diameter of 0.4" (10-13 mm), wide enough in diameter so boba doesn't get stuck.
Are boba straws cut at an angle or are they square?

HAY! Boba and Jumbo straws have an angled, 45 degree tip on one end for piercing the cup film. Perfect for to go orders.
Do you offer wrapped boba straws?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer individually wrapped boba straws. However, our smaller diameter Jumbo straws, ideal for regular non-boba drinks, do come individually wrapped for convenience.
Can I reuse my boba straw?

Yes. Although our boba straws are designed for single use in a business setting, they can be washed and reused multiple times by your customers. Similar to bamboo straws, simply rinse thoroughly and allow them to dry before reusing for optimal performance.
Are the thinner Original wheat stem straws suitable for blended ice drinks?

No, we would recommend our Tall Jumbo straw for for thicker drinks like milkshakes, frappes and blended ice drinks. The jumbo Straw has a wider diameter and is more durable.
